Every location is meticulously chosen and custom-designed, incorporating only the most prestigious finishes to deliver a refined, elevated environment. We currently hold the exclusive Texas licensing rights, with a 10-unit development commitment.
Dave's Hot Chicken
We are proud to be the exclusive franchise partner for Dave’s Hot Chicken across the South Texas region, under a 10-store development agreement. Founded in Los Angeles, Dave’s Hot Chicken has become one of the fastest-growing fast-casual brands in the country, known for its crave-driven Nashville-style hot chicken, signature spice blends, and customizable heat levels ranging from mild to the legendary Reaper. Each location features bold, street-inspired design, original mural artwork, and an energetic atmosphere that reflects the brand’s roots and cult following.
IHOP
Haidar Hospitality Group has proudly operated 19 IHOP restaurants in the South Texas region for more than three decades. As a family of immigrants from Lebanon, IHOP was one of the first brands that gave us the opportunity to build a future in the restaurant industry, and it continues to be a cornerstone of our company’s success. With its iconic 24-hour service and breakfast-driven identity, IHOP reaches a unique guest demographic and late-night audience that complements our portfolio and expands our overall market reach.
Bojangles
Bojangles represents one of Haidar Hospitality Group’s newest ventures. We currently operate two locations in the Houston area, introducing the brand’s iconic hand-breaded chicken, fresh biscuits, and Southern-inspired menu to one of Texas’s strongest restaurant markets.
Walk On's
Haidar Hospitality Group owns and operates two Walk-On’s locations in the South Texas region, marking one of our first major ventures into full-service sports dining with alcohol as a key revenue driver. Walk-Ons has been a tremendous success in the area, combining a high-energy game-day atmosphere with a made-from-scratch kitchen and a strong bar program.
